Hi All,
Hoping someone can help me.
I am trying to push Google Chrome in my environment of about 500 Apple
computers running 10.12.x and 10.13.x macOS.
I am using Jamf Pro to do the pushing.
I packed the app using Composer from Jamf and i narrowed down that the
issue is with permissions. The end user does not have permissions to run
updates.
If i install the same version manually on a machine and elevate my rights
for the install (users dont have admin rights) this works fine for that
user, but not for other users on the machine.
What am i missing? What permission are needed for Google Chrome to auto
update itself.
All my searching come up with how to disable auto updates, wich i have done
very well turns out =)
Any help would be appreciated
Thansk
