[chromium-discuss] Remember microphone access on local files?

Hey,
I want to use SpeechRecognition on a local file "file:///..."... but
everytime I stop and start (with a button) I have to give microphone access
again. (and again... and again...)
This is so annoying... why can't it just remember?! I did not even
refresh... just stop/start.

If I allow the mic access without asking (though chrome settings).
SpeechRecognition is not working anymore (No access at all).

It's just a single html file and I don't want to deliver a webserver with
it just because of that....
