Is there a way to disable all video in Chromium? Just /dev/null it all.
This is not an autoplay issue, which is the only thing that turns up in
searches.
My problems with video are exacerbated by the lack of hardware acceleration
on Linux. Having multiple video ads trying to churn out h264 (or VPX) video
is slowing things to a crawl. The bandwidth usage when on limited data is a
problem as well.
I have searched and tried everything I could think of.
