[chromium-discuss] Unable to install a new version of Chrome extension from Webstore

Ours is an enterprise-approved extension available on the Webstore. We've
configured the registry entry of 'ExtensionInstallForceList' to point to
this extension along with the Chrome Update URL. This procedure has worked
till extension version 8. We recently uploaded version 9 but now the
extension is not downloaded / installed automatically. If we try manually,
it says 'This Extension is blocked by the Administrator'. See attached
snapshot. Error seen is:

Even tried to submit a ticket through
https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/contact/developer_support
But it is not allowing to upload any 'crx' file or a snapshot 'jpg' or
'png' file and just keeps asking to retry to upload the file.
