[chromium-discuss] Why most of the homepages have no chage when I set the font size to 150% ?

Why most of the homepages have no chage when I set the font size to 150% ?
The expected change can only happen on the article that linked from
homepage.
However, most of the others browsers (e.g. UC、QQ、360) can make the change
on almost all the pages.

Reproduce step:
1.Open Chrome (version 68), input https://sina.cn on the address bar;
2.Open “Settings” menu, and reset the font size from 100% to 150%.
3.Check the change of font size.

expected: the font size of the homepage increase to 150%.
actual: the font size of the homepage has no change.

4.Select an link of the articles on the homepage, and click in.

expected: the font size of the homepage increase to 150%.
actual: the font size of the homepage increase to 150%.

*Maybe this is the current policy for font size setting, I want to konw if
there is a plan to modify it, as other browser does now.*
