[chromium-discuss] Was ther a change in the roadmap for Flash handling in Chrome 68 and 69?

I read in the Chrome timeline for the end of flash that beginning with
Chrome 68, "Sites using Flash will require explicit permission to run,
every time the user restarts the browser."

I tested both 68-Beta and dev 69, and both seem to remember the user's
permission for a site even after closing and reopening the browser.

Has this change been pushed to a later release?

Yep, I tried too, and Flash worked.
I tried Facebook game though, it might behave different.
