[chromium-discuss] Chromium speech recognition blocked?

Hi,

is there some kind of blocking mechanism if Chromium speech recognition is
used "too much"? I've been using it to great effect for months, but now I
seem to be unable to use it at all. I get "error: network" immediately.

Even this page fails for me (just quietly goes back to gray mic icon):
https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/demos/speech.html

What's going on?

Greetings,
Stefan / BotCompany.de

Chromium comes without speech recognition support, so you must have created
API keys, right?
If so, it has some low quota like 50 requests per day or so (look at the
API console for exact quotas, I guess).
It might have changed, though.

Oooooooooooh!!

OMG.

I didn't know that.

I installed Chrome and it's all fine.

Thanks so much, now my computer responds to commands again. :)
