[chromium-discuss] Why don't Chromium move to github (for issues reporting)?

Right now official Chromium github is just a mirror without an issues tab.
*I DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THAT TEDIOUS BUG REPORT PROCEDURE*
at https://crbug.com/wizard.
So please *"SOME SCREAMING EXPLICIT WORDS"* move to github or some other
modern open source repository instead of this outdated previous-millennium
technology called "Google Groups" for communication.

I am not sure GitHub Issues have all of the features Monorail (the open
source issue tracker) has that are used by the project.
If you find the procedure too tedious, you can use crbug.com/new, though
the procedure makes the report easier to parse for the testing and
engineering team, I suppose.

Also, relying on an third party as a main development venue (with such a
large team) makes it far less flexible and subject to third party
availability issues, out of the control of the project.
Most large open source projects are not using GitHub as the main
development venue, I think. Most only mirror it there.
