Hi all
i developed a app which use webview of android 7.0. i visit
https://www.google.com, and i find that the webview did not use quic.
but android chrome browser can use quic when i visit the same site.

why?

from my understanding, Android webview will use quic like chrome
browser because both of them based on chromium. am i right ?

Possibly; WebView hasn't been able to use the finch experiment framework to
control experimental features so we've not really pursued this in the past,
but we're adding that capability now so may be able to experiment with QUIC
soon. You can follow crbug.com/763187 for updates.
