[chromium-discuss] Most Visited sites missing from New Tab

Hello, I've a problem with Chrome. For whatever reason my new tab is
missing the most visited sites and only shows the Google Search bar. I
tried restarting my computer, zooming in and out, resetting browsing
settings and reinstalling chrome but nothing helped. Don't know what to do
now, so I thought I'd ask here.

Some would call it a feature. ;)

Is your history empty as well? If so, there are no sites to show, I think.
Otherwise, check whether you accidentally have some extension installed
that may be overriding the new tab page with its own content.
