this "%localappdata%" found the place, where the program is alocated, but
simply trying to erase it doesn't work, it keeps saying the file is open in
another place...

PLEASE help me to remove it.

Thanks in advance

You first need to kill the Chromium processes.
Start > Run... > cmd
In the black window that opens, type (but do not press Enter yet!) -
taskkill /f /im chrome.exe
Exit Chrome first (press Control + Shift + Q until all of the Chrome
windows are closed) and then press enter in the black window.
If you get something like -
SUCCESS: The process "chrome.exe" with PID 532 has been terminated.
Then you are probably done and you can try and delete that Chromium folder
in %localappdata% again.
Still does not work? Type it again (or press the up arrow) in the black
window and press Enter. Repeat a few times until the folder can be deleted.
If it still cannot, then I guess some other program is running there.
